Sophy Kaplan graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology, along with double minors in Music and Writing Studies & Composition. She currently holds a dual position at the Bio Behavioral Institute as the Chief Research Assistant and Administrative Assistant.

Sophy will be pursuing a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) at Columbia University, where she plans to further develop her clinical and research interests within the mental health field.
